Registration

On-site registration is open from Monday, August 19 10.00, the registration will then be open during Conference hours. Bring your confirmation which contains a barcode that is scanned on the spot to get your name badge.

The barcode will also be sent via SMS to the specified mobile number.

Name badge

All participants receive a name badge and for safety reasons we kindly ask you to wear it during all conference days.

The name badge is also valid as a ticket to the Welcome reception, Excursions and Conference dinner, if you have signed up for any ofthem.

Mobile web

If you have a smartphone and have entered your mobile number when you registered for the conference, you will have an SMS sent to you with a link to the mobile web. Via the mobile web, you get access to the list of participants, the program, practical information about the conference, etc.

Tip! Save the link to the home page on the phone so you have easy access to the mobile web throughout the conference.

Meals

The registration fee includes participation in the conference, lunch and coffee every day, and the Welcome reception if you have signed up for it.
